Ten students of Std. 7 had the wonderful opportunity to attend “Tarik Ka Suraj”, an interactive children’s theatre performance organised by Arthshila Patna as part of the Kalanama Children’s Summer Workshops.

Based on Shashi Sablok’s picture-story, the play beautifully combined rhyme, painting, music, and movement to narrate the imaginative story of young Tarik, who dreamt of turning night into day so he could continue playing. The students thoroughly enjoyed the lively performance and enthusiastically participated in the engaging art activity that followed.

The outing proved to be both entertaining and educational, encouraging creativity, imagination, and appreciation for theatre and storytelling. It was truly a memorable and enriching experience for the students.
